The general conditions below concern the houses of the " Domain of Malonie " situated on the place told Malonie Sarlat.
These conditions group(include) all the necessary information concerning the process of rent of the houses of the Domain.
They are given for information purposes, realized honestly, but commit(hire) not at all the owner.
Only the document writes between the owner and the tenant can commit(hire) the signatory parts(parties).
The main information given below will be recorded(deposited) in the rental agreement.
Situation
The Domain of Malonie is situated on the said place Malonie 24200 Sarlat.
Description
The Domain established on about fifteen hectares, account 5 buildings(ships) among which 4 are devolved to the accommodation(hosting) of our hosts.
Arrival and Departure
The rents are made as a rule(in principle) from Saturday till Saturday.
The arrival is made from 5 pm and allocates him(it) at 10 am at the latest.
In case of moved arrival, thank you for being willing to warn(prevent) us (by telephone) so that we can find an agreement allowing you to reach your house.
Consumptions
Our houses are inclusively praised.
The water and the electricity are included in the rent.
Household (Housework) of the end of inclusive stay.
Deposit
During the discount(delivery) of keys, will be asked to you a deposit corresponding to 25 % of the rent.
This sum will be paid in the form of sorts(species), of checks, or by transfer. This pledge, with which the purpose is to cover possible damages or to face(to deal with) additional expenses of cleaning, will have returned to you at the latest in 15 days which follow the end of the rent.
Inventory and current situation(inventory of fixtures)
During the discount(delivery) of keys we shall draft together a contradictory current situation(inventory of fixtures) of entrance(entry) which will be joined(contacted) to the rental agreement.
An inventory will be annexed to this current situation(inventory of fixtures).
Furniture and movable objects have to undergo only the depreciation resulting(coming) from the use(custom) for which they are intended by nature: those who will have been damaged or discontinued or will be missing during the return(restoration) of places, will be replaced by the tenant with the agreement of the owner or his representative.
Payment terms
For any rent, will be asked to you in the reservation a deposit(advance) of 25 % of the rent.
The balance will be paid(poured) at the latest 1 month before the beginning of the rent.
If the rent is concluded less than 1 month before your arrival, all of the rent is payable in the reservation.
A rent is effective only after the dismissal(cross-reference) of the contract signed on one hand and the regulation(payment) of the deposit(advance) on the other hand.
These two conditions must be gathered(combined) so that the rent is acquired.
Cancellation
If the tenant, for any reason decides to cancel his rent more than a month before the beginning of the aforementioned rent, the deposit(advance) of 25 % of reservation will not be restored.
If the cancellation intervenes
Swimming pools and green spaces
The technical interview(maintenance) of swimming pools is made by ourselves, it is thus necessary to leave the free access. In the concern(marigold) of the respect for the tranquillity of our hosts, these interventions are made as possible early in the morning.
The interview(maintenance) of the beachesof swimming pools and the use of the electric shutter are of the responsibility of the tenant which will watch to keep clean beaches and surroundings and will make sure of the night-closure of the shutter of swimming pool in a concern of safety and with the aim of protecting the quality of the water.
The use of swimming pools, which are watched on no account by ourselves, is made under the full responsibility of the tenant. The parental surveillance must be permanent.
The responsibility of the owner in the event of an accident cannot be committed.
According to the French law, our swimming pools are equipped with an approved security system (an electric shutter) and are enclosed.
In case of absence of surveillance(supervision), the tenant has to leave the shutter(sector) closed as well as harms her(it) as previously indicated.
The interview(maintenance) of the green spaces is also made by ourselves(by our care), and it is true according to the weather report, while respecting the tranquillity of our hosts. It is thus important to respect the free access of zones to be maintained.
Animals
For reasons of hygiene, safety(security) and respect for our hosts, animals are not unfortunately admitted except express authorization of the owner.
Lingerie
All our houses are supplied with alézes, braids quilt covers, pillows pillowcases, cloths of cooking(kitchen) and table napkins.
Hand towels and bath towels are also supplied.
To note that for personal effects every house is equipped with a washing machine of a tumble-dryer and with a necessity with ironing.
